Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C)

Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, to enrich the lives of our students. We value the input of the community and invite you to join one of our P&C meetings to discuss school matters or alternatively you can email the P&C directly on the emails below.

Meetings are held during on the 2^nd Monday of the school term at 730pm in the Staffroom.

Part of the P&C Association's role is to manage the operation of the canteen, uniform shop and school band. Information on these areas is below:

Canteen

The school canteen is open five days a week and provides a varied selection of food and drink that is healthy, nutritious and enjoyable. The canteen is open from 8:30am to 2.00pm and is located beside our school hall. School lunches can be ordered before 8:30am using our online service_{www.flexischools.com.au}

Uniform Shop

Band

Oakhill Drive is proud to offer a range of high quality band groups with excellent tutors. These bands perform at many school events and competitions throughout the year.

Meeting Minutes

The P&C minutes are a record of the actions and business of all the general meetings we hold and serve as a record of what occurred. Every P&C meeting will have minutes taken. The minutes are recorded at all meetings for both governance and historical purposes, and to support our annual audit process.
